This is an executive leadership opportunity for a technology leader who combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise and a strong record of execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the technology strategy, modernize critical platforms, and build the engineering and data capabilities needed to support sustainable business growth. You will guide architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure, applications, and data platforms while strengthening security, reliability, and operational performance. The role also offers the opportunity to introduce practical AI-driven solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes. You will lead a geographically distributed organization, develop high-performing technical leaders, and connect technology investments to measurable commercial value. With direct access to executive leadership and significant influence over strategic priorities, you will help build a scalable, resilient, and forward-looking technology organization.

  • Define technology strategy: Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to establish technology priorities, develop a long-term roadmap, and align investments with business objectives, growth plans, and operational needs.

  • Drive strategic execution: Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans, establish measurable performance indicators, and improve visibility into engineering productivity, delivery quality, reliability, and business impact.

  • Lead architecture and modernization: Evaluate existing systems, identify technical limitations, and guide the modernization of cloud infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.

  • Make critical architectural decisions: Establish technical direction while balancing scalability, reliability, security, performance, cost, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability.

  • Build high-performing teams: Lead and develop engineering, data, and technical leadership teams across a geographically distributed organization, strengthening accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.

  • Improve engineering effectiveness: Establish clear delivery standards, development practices, prioritization frameworks, and resource allocation processes to improve quality, productivity, and execution predictability.

  • Develop technical leadership: Evaluate organizational capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, address performance challenges, and empower technical leaders to make sound decisions and operate independently.

  • Advance practical AI adoption: Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across business workflows, customer experiences, decision-making, and engineering processes, measuring their impact on productivity and operating performance.

  • Establish responsible AI practices: Guide the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into production environments while maintaining appropriate standards for security, quality, reliability, governance, and human oversight.

  • Strengthen security and operational resilience: Oversee technology risk management, data protection, system availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, observability, and the management of technical debt.

  • Build cross-functional partnerships: Work closely with Product, Operations, Risk, Data, Finance, and other executive stakeholders to align technology decisions with business needs and commercial realities.

  • Maximize business value: Evaluate competing priorities and technology investments, make evidence-based recommendations, challenge assumptions constructively, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results.
