VP of End User Sales
Quick Summary
Develop deals tailored to channel market dynamics, including rapid fulfillment, flexible terms, volume-based pricing, trade-ins, equipment swaps, and standing supply agreements.
The VP of End User Sales will drive channel revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with buyers of GPU, high-performance computing (HPC), and AI infrastructure hardware. This role focuses on an underserved market of GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) providers, HPC hosting operators, compute resellers, and infrastructure businesses seeking flexible, reliable hardware supply. The successful candidate will build a repeatable sales pipeline and establish long-term partnerships that generate recurring revenue rather than one-time transactions. Combining deep hardware expertise with strong commercial instincts, they will manage the full sales lifecycle, from discovery and technical scoping to pricing, negotiation, and closing. They will also collaborate with sourcing teams and broker networks to meet customer demand and maintain competitive offerings in a fast-moving secondary market. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader to build a channel business, influence supply strategy, and expand access to critical computing infrastructure.
-
Develop and grow channel sales: Identify, engage, and convert broker/dealer channel buyers into long-term customers with consistent monthly or quarterly hardware purchasing needs.
-
Own the complete sales cycle: Lead customer discovery, technical requirements gathering, quoting, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring a smooth and responsive buying experience.
-
Structure competitive commercial agreements: Develop deals tailored to channel market dynamics, including rapid fulfillment, flexible terms, volume-based pricing, trade-ins, equipment swaps, and standing supply agreements.
-
Build strategic platform partnerships: Establish and expand supply relationships with GPUaaS providers, HPC hosting companies, compute-as-a-service platforms, and other organizations with recurring GPU server requirements.
-
Monitor secondary market conditions: Track GPU hardware pricing, BrokerBin activity, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) overstock, lease-return volumes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
-
Support inventory and sourcing decisions: Coordinate with internal teams and broker networks when customer demand exceeds available inventory, helping identify suitable hardware sources and fulfill customer requirements.
-
Build a recurring-revenue portfolio: Develop and manage a personal book of business, with performance measured by channel-generated revenue and the ability to establish sustainable, repeat-order relationships.
-
Drive market development: Build a channel sales operation from the ground up, leveraging industry relationships, market knowledge, and proactive business development to expand the customer base.
