This is a senior product leadership role responsible for shaping strategy and execution across a multi-product SaaS portfolio serving customers across several international markets. You will lead Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design leaders while strengthening the organization’s product operating model and capabilities. The role combines portfolio strategy, investment prioritization, organizational development, and customer-focused product execution. You will work closely with executive leadership to translate company strategy into clear product priorities and sustainable growth opportunities. You will also partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn product investments into measurable customer and business value. Success will require strong judgment, data-informed decision-making, and the ability to lead meaningful organizational change. This is an opportunity to build a mature, high-performing product function within a remote-first, globally distributed environment focused on meaningful social impact.

  • Own the product management function across a portfolio of SaaS products serving customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
  • Lead Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Designers across individual product lines, establishing clear direction, expectations, and standards for product excellence.
  • Define and execute a portfolio-level product strategy in partnership with executive leadership, balancing organic growth opportunities with broader strategic and investment initiatives.
  • Build organizational maturity by establishing scalable product management processes, methodologies, tooling, operating practices, and governance.
  • Develop a structured approach to customer and market listening, incorporating customer signals, data, research, and operational metrics into product decisions.
  • Establish portfolio-level performance measures that provide visibility into product health, identify emerging issues, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to align product strategy, roadmaps, technical execution, and delivery priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product launches and releases translate into successful go-to-market execution and measurable customer value.
  • Strengthen leadership capabilities across the product organization through coaching, mentoring, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Lead organizational change associated with new processes, tools, and operating models, ensuring teams understand the rationale and are effectively supported through transitions.
  • Make and communicate prioritization and investment decisions using data, market intelligence, customer feedback, and cross-functional perspectives.
  • Promote transparency around trade-offs, risks, performance, and portfolio priorities while maintaining alignment across executive and functional leadership.
