Our products help protect operators, equipment, and assets while reducing downtime and improving safety across industries such as mining, construction, waste management, forestry, and transportation.

Responsibilities

→Fabricate and assemble custom polycarbonate shielding systems
→Package shields for shipping and raw material receiving
→Organization of material as we receive them
→Measure, cut, drill, and fit polycarbonate materials to project specifications
→Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
→Assist with installing shielding systems on heavy equipment
→Read and follow work orders, drawings, and installation instructions
→Perform quality checks to ensure products meet Equipment Armor standards
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
→Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
→Travel to customer sites for installations and service projects
→Work closely with experienced fabricators and installers to learn industry best practices

Requirements

Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight stays and out-of-town work assignments
High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, installation, or fabrication environments
Previous experience in wood working is a plus
Experience using measuring tools and power equipment
Experience working around heavy equipment
