A warm, organised and welcoming family based in West London is seeking an experienced, professional nanny to care for their two daughters, aged 4.5 years and 9 months.

The family’s current nanny, who has been with them for three years, will be leaving in January. They are therefore seeking an experienced long-term nanny to provide a smooth transition and become a valued, trusted part of the household.

This is a shared-care position, with the nanny working closely alongside the mother as part of a collaborative team to support the children’s daily routines and overall care. The role will focus primarily on the baby during the day, with care of both children after school.

The working schedule will be Monday to Friday, approximately 7:45 am–6:00 pm. The family travels internationally and requires a nanny who is happy to accompany them, including for two to three weeks in the United States each year, as well as occasional additional family holidays.

The family would love to find a mature, level-headed and reliable nanny with extensive experience. They value a nanny who is warm but not overly excitable; someone who can build a lovely rapport with the children, provide structure and firm but kind boundaries, and remain composed and dependable throughout a busy family day.
