KO756 - Full-Time Housekeeper- Cobble Hill, BK

A lovely, casual family in Cobble Hill is seeking a full-time housekeeper to help maintain and organize their four-story brownstone. The family has three children, ages 15, 12, and 8, a afternoon- nanny, and a dog. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM with some flexibility with hours is appreciated when family needs arise.

The family is warm, approachable, and understanding. They value open communication, clear expectations, and a comfortable, respectful working relationship with the people in their home.

The primary focus of this position is housekeeping, organization, and day-to-day household management

• →Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized home, including all four floors of the brownstone.
• →Establish and maintain organizational systems throughout the home, ensuring everything has a designated place.
• →Proactively identify tasks that need attention and take initiative without requiring constant direction.
• →Manage household supplies, including ordering and replenishing essentials.
• →Assist with grocery shopping and other household errands as needed.
• →Receive, open, unpack, and put away packages and deliveries.
• →Manage seasonal wardrobe changes and clothing organization.
• →Help keep the household running smoothly by anticipating needs and staying ahead of daily tasks.-
• →Occasionally walk the family dog once a day, if comfortable doing so- if not they will hire someone else.
