KS1100 - Full-Time Nanny - Upper East Side, NYC

A loving family of five on the UES is seeking a full-time live-out nanny to join their family.  The role is for the youngest child, who is 1 year old.  Another nanny cares for the 4-and 6-year-old.  Although the main focus is on the 1-year-old, there may be times when backup is needed for the other two children.  This is a live-out position, except for the summers in the Hamptons, which would be live-in when working.  Open to discussion.  The current schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am-7pm, The family resides in NYC during the school year but spends their summers in the Hamptons from July through Labor Day.  The family is ready to hire and is seeking longevity!

• →Daily childcare of a toddler
• →Meal prep/cooking for the toddler
• →Bedtime routine, bath routine
• →Live-in while in the Hamptons, during July through Labor Day
• →Travel during Christmas break, spring break, and the summer in the Hamptons (July through August).  Both domestic and international (Canada) travel.

Note:  There is a separate bedroom/bathroom in the Hamptons.

 

• Someone who is kind, friendly, and warm
• Genuinely interested in being a part of the family
• Does not gossip and wants to work together with the house staff to promote harmony and a well-functioning household

• Legal to work in the US
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Comfortable swimming/in the water
• Up to date on standard vaccinations
• Seeking longevity
• Hebrew or Italian speaker is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable working with a dog in the home
• Comfortable to live-in during the summer weekdays in Hamptons
