Spanish-Speaking Senior Personal | Family Assistant

• →Support the Principal's professional calendar, meetings, board commitments, and speaking engagements
• →Co-manage the family calendar, including school, activities, appointments, and travel
• →Coordinate children's activities, medical appointments, prescriptions, and errands
• →Plan family events, gifting, and guest visits
• →Oversee household staff, vendors, and day-to-day property operations
• →Manage household budgets, bills, insurance, inventory, vehicles, and home systems
• →Coordinate meal planning with the family's cook or chef
• →Arrange pet care and related logistics
• →Plan family travel, including itineraries, private aviation coordination, ground transportation, and travel documents

• 7+ years supporting private families, principals, family offices, or UHNW households
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred
• Strong experience managing calendars, travel, household operations, staff, and vendors
• Discretion, sound judgment, and a proactive, low-ego approach
• Comfort with technology, including productivity, household management, and AI tools
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active throughout the day
• Local to Woodside or within a short drive

Finalists will complete a background check, reference checks, and a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The home is pet-friendly and strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
