Temporary Chef

A family in Menlo Park needs a Private Chef for one meal in their home this weekend. That could be Friday dinner or Saturday brunch, depending on the chef's availability. Either meal will be served family style. There a slight preference for Friday night.

• Friday, October 16: dinner for 6 adults, with a Mediterranean focus (Italian, Greek, South of France, Spain)
• Saturday, October 17: brunch for 6 adults and 5 toddlers

• Service: family style
• Dietary needs: one guest is gluten-free

• 2+ years of prior experience as a private chef cooking in clients' homes
• Strong Mediterranean repertoire (for Friday dinner)
• Able to plan a brunch menu that works for both toddlers and adults (for Saturday brunch)
• Comfortable preparing gluten-free dishes and avoiding cross-contamination
• Handles menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and full kitchen cleanup
• Available on short notice for Friday or Saturday
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Local to the Bay Area and within commuting distance of Menlo Park
