Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team at MedCura Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position involves travel between clinic locations. 

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• →Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments.
• →Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information.
• →Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• →Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
• →Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimen collection.
• →Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow.
• →Provide patient education and instructions on treatment plans and procedures.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• →Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
