Senior Survey CAD Technician

ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

The Senior Survey CADD Technician is drafting and assisting Designers and Coordinators with subdivision and site documents for field construction.

• →Draft Condo Floor Plans
• →Create Exhibits
• →Create Final Houseline and Site As Builts
• →Drafting Easement Plans
• →Drafting Record Plats or Subdivision Plans
• →Mentor less experienced Cad Techs

• Knowledge of AutoCad
• 10+ years of experience in the field or a related area

The salary for this position is $32.00 - $41.00 per hour
