Concrete Finisher

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Novato, CA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $40–$50/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Concrete Finisher and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Assist with directing and coordinating concrete pours for a retaining wall and long driveway
• Monitor concrete placement to ensure proper distribution, grading, and elevation
• Perform screeding, floating, finishing, and surface preparation
• Ensure concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and finished to specifications
• Coordinate with crew members to maintain quality workmanship and proper drainage
• Assist with layout, formwork verification, and finishing operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite throughout all phases of the project

• Journeyman-level concrete finishing experience 
• Strong skills in screeding, floating, leveling, and finishing concrete
• Experience working on retaining walls, driveways, and similar concrete projects
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
