General Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Butler, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. • Perform demolition and site cleanup duties
• Load and unload tools, equipment, building materials, and supplies
• Prepare and clean up work areas by removing trash, debris, and excess materials
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with grading and site preparation
• Operate basic machinery and power tools, including drills, saws, and forklifts
• Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen as needed
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support daily construction activities as directed by supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be capable of safely using the following tools:

• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to follow directions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation preferred
