Industrial Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Middleville, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level. • Troubleshoot and repair unexpected mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures
• Perform preventative maintenance and machinery repairs to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation
• Install functional and structural components on industrial equipment
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to support production goals
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment
• Repair and maintain roll formers, industrial welding systems, robotic systems, conveyor systems, and laser cutters
• Work with pneumatic pick-and-place robotic systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Machine Repair Journeyman Card OR a minimum of 8 years of verifiable hands-on industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
• Equipment experience preferred: roll formers, industrial welding systems, robotic systems, pneumatic pick-and-place robots, conveyor systems and laser cutters etc.
