Rough Terrain Forklift Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Rough Terrain Forklift Operators for projects located in or around Sparrows Point, MD. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Forklift Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Operate a rough-terrain forklift to lift, move, and position C-containers and other steel structures
• Safely operate JLG telehandlers and similar rough-terrain forklifts
• Assist with the assembly and installation of steel units
• Use hand tools to install and tighten nuts, bolts, and other hardware
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and equipment requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Current forklift and/or rough-terrain forklift certification 
• Experience operating a JLG telehandler or comparable rough-terrain forklift
• Ability to safely maneuver and position steel structures and containers
• Comfortable performing physical assembly work when not operating equipment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and dependable
