Customer Service/ Call Center Representative

• Excellent phone etiquette, and communication skills
• A positive, patient, and active listener 
• Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus!)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills 

• →Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
• →Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
• →Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
• →Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
• →Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamless service experience
• →Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
