- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to fill staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Labor Law and Compliance: Knowledge of national and international labor laws and regulations.
- HR Software Competency: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to make informed decisions.
- Project Management: Experience in planning and executing HR projects and initiatives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Expertise in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and integrating new employees.
