IT Manager

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for an IT Manager for our Camarillo, CA corporate office. The role will oversee the daily operations of the IT department. The IT Manager will perform assessments on company systems to ensure proper operations and to identify any issues that need to be addressed, and report to the IT Director. Will manage staff that upgrade and maintain a company's computer systems, including databases, desktop systems, data communication networks, and software programs

JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market.

Yearly Salary (Exempt): $120,000 - $130,000 (DOE)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum H.S. Diploma/G.E.D
• Certification in the technical field, such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in system analysis, data administration, network design and/or computer programming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite:
• At least two (2) years or less in a management/supervisory role in an IT services setting; staff supervision and evaluation budget management and project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills and flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.

• Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree
