Location: Brazil (BR) - Sao Paulo - INDAIATUBA Function: Product Engineering (CA) Title: Senior API Integration Consultant - Indaiatuba/SP - 125311 ## About The Role As a Senior API Integration Consultant based at the John Deere Research & Development Center (R&DC) in Indaiatuba, SP, you will work directly with customers, dealers, and partners to integrate their business systems and operational workflows with John Deere digital platforms through APIs. You will act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the API implementation journey, helping stakeholders understand integration requirements, define practical and sustainable approaches, and progress from technical discovery through validation and go-live. This role requires strong customer engagement, implementation coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and other technical teams, while converting recurring implementation experience into reusable guidance that can benefit a broader group of customers. ## Main Responsilities * Act as the primary contact for customers, dealers, and partners integrating with the John Deere digital platforms. * Understand business needs, workflows, and integration goals to deliver effective solutions. * Guide customers and partners through onboarding, implementation, validation, and adoption activities. * Recommend integration approaches aligned with John Deere digital platforms and best practices. * Create reusable implementation frameworks for common business scenarios. * Coordinate customers, Product, Engineering, Support, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. * Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and next steps with stakeholders. * Manage the assigned portfolio of integration engagements, including priorities, implementation milestones, customer commitments, risks, and next steps ## What Skills You Need * Experience implementing and supporting digital solutions, technology platforms, or customer enablement programs. * Ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners while resolving complex business and technical challenges. * Understanding data integration, connected systems, and digital ecosystems. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences. * Demonstrated ability to work across teams and functions to drive successful customer outcomes. * Advanced or Fluent English communication skills to conduct meetings, create documentation, and deliver presentations. * Experience with REST APIs, including HTTP methods, status codes, OAuth, and using API clients such as Postman or API Explorer. * Ability to travel up to 50%. ## What Makes You Stand Out * Strong written and visual communication skills for specifications, diagrams, and reviews. * Hands-on knowledge of automation or analysis languages such as Python or R. * Knowledge of Java or JavaScript for reading and understanding integrations. * Experience creating technical documentation, implementation blueprints, or process diagrams. * Experience sharing knowledge, documenting best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. ### Our Main Benefits * Variable compensation * Health Insurance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Vision Care Benefit * Vaccination reimbursement * Corporate University * TotalPass * Depending on the location, on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance * Pharmacy assistance * And more ### Our Recruitment Process The selection process begins with your application.
