Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsibilites: * Lead and participate in efforts to modernize the products technology stack; * Mentor junior developers and perform code pairing with other members of the team and perform proper code reviews with team members. * Collaborate with Product Management and team members on establishing a product roadmap to ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirement. * Follow industry-standard agile software design methodologies. * Grow your own and help grow others technical talents. * Learn new skills and technologies as required to support existing and evolving products. * Engaging in all aspects of the software delivery cycle including the design, build, test, deploy, and support of software applications. ## What Skills You Need: * 4+ years of experience building front end applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax and jQuery with UI frameworks like React. * 5+ years of experience designing and developing microservices using and creating/consuming RESTful web services. * Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. * 3 years of experience using Amazon Web Services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS etc.) and understanding of infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation. * 2 years of experience designing and developing service-based architecture and/or micro-services. * Hands-on experience working with relational and no relational databases. * Proven experience working in an Agile Scrum team environment. ## What Makes You Stand Out: * AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification. * Experience working with SpringBoot or similar Java Frameworks. * Experience working with Micro-frontends. * Strong communication skills. * Appetite for continuous learning and willingness/dedication to develop deep technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize processes and solutions. ## Education: * Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
