About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Talent Management team as an Associate – Governance (HR Systems & Processes).
In this role, you will primarily own and support our HRMS ecosystem, ensuring workflows, configurations, and system processes run smoothly and accurately. You will work closely with internal HR teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and drive better adoption of the platform.
Beyond HRMS ownership, you will also contribute to building scalable HR processes through SOP creation, policy documentation, audit support, and governance initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has hands-on exposure to Darwinbox and enjoys working at the intersection of HR, systems, process excellence, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HRMS operations and act as the primary point of contact for system-related requirements.
Configure and maintain workflows, approval structures, forms, and other system configurations.
Identify process gaps and recommend system-based improvements and automation opportunities.
Conduct testing and validations before implementation of any changes.
Ensure smooth adoption and effective usage of HRMS processes across stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Darwinbox support team for issue resolution, enhancements, and new requirements.
Track issues from identification to closure and ensure timely follow-ups.
Investigate recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive solutions.
Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, and system guides.
Ensure HR documentation is updated, easily accessible, and aligned with current workflows and policies.
Support process standardisation and governance initiatives across Talent Management.
Support periodic process audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Assist in identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure audit readiness through structured documentation and tracking.
Partner with internal teams/stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Provide timely support and guidance on HRMS-related queries.
Requirements
~1 min read1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Governance, HR Systems, or similar roles.
Hands-on working experience with Darwinbox, including workflow management, configurations, or system administration.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage process documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to HR process audits, SOP creation, or policy documentation.
Experience working with HR technology vendors or external partners.
Understanding of employee lifecycle processes such as probation, performance management, employee movements, or separation processes.
Strong understanding and practical experience in Darwinbox administration, including workflow configurations, user support, issue resolution, and system optimisation.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Process-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and governance.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
HRMS workflows are accurate, reliable, and continuously improving.
System issues are resolved effectively with minimal recurrence.
SOPs and governance documents are always updated and audit-ready.
Processes become more streamlined through automation and better system utilisation.
HR teams have a seamless experience while using HRMS processes.
