Responsibilities

→Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in multi-family and residential properties.
→Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers, providing multiple repair options based on their needs and preferences.
→Dispatch to job sites, prepare estimates, complete work orders, and collect payments.
→Perform plumbing repairs efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
→Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations using mobile applications.
→Review daily schedules and coordinate with dispatch and management as needed.
→Ensure proper maintenance of company-issued vehicle and equipment; communicate any repair needs to management.
→Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
→Follow all company policies and directions from management.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service and repair plumber.
Strong drain cleaning and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation, including night shifts.
Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Clean criminal background check.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain plumbing issues and solutions.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
