IT Specialist

JSR Services is looking for an IT Specialist that play a key role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and software. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Manage network and system security, including antivirus, firewalls, and data access control. Perform software and hardware upgrades, ensuring system compatibility and efficiency. Monitor network and system performance to prevent failures and optimize infrastructure. Implement and manage IT security policies. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and technological systems. Train employees on the use of IT systems and new technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar IT roles. Advanced knowledge in network administration, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). Experience with virtualization tools and cloud computing. Familiarity with IT security best practices and cybersecurity. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
