Settlement Clerk - Personal Injury Law Firm

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing personal injury settlements, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and ready for disbursement. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of settlement documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and coordinate the settlement process, ensuring timely disbursement.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, negotiators, and team liaisons to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all settlement cases.
• Ensure settlements comply with health insurance claims and related regulations.
• Finalize settlement documents for client and provider disbursements.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of personal injury structured settlements required.
• Proven experience in settlement disbursement processes.
  
• Familiarity with medical record review, specifically identifying health insurance claims or referrals.
