Responsibilities

→Demonstrated experience implementing the IFC Performance Standards and/or IFC-aligned ESMS requirements.
→At least 5 years in E&S or HSE management, including multi-site or multi-country operations.
→Track record of managing social risk, stakeholder engagement and grievance mechanisms.
→Experience reporting to lenders, development finance institutions or investors on E&S performance.
→Degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational safety, social science or a related field.

NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent.
ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 lead auditor qualification.
Experience in logistics, warehousing or last-mile delivery.
Working French.
