• Working knowledge of workplace accommodation and leave practices and related laws.

• Experience managing Americans with Disabilities Act accommodation cases and Family and Medical Leave Act cases.

• Experience evaluating remote-work accommodation requests and coordinating return-to-work or return-to-office arrangements.

• Experience using HR or case-management systems to document cases, monitor follow-ups, and produce reports.

• Professional certification such as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS).
