Responsibilities

→Assist in overseeing financial operations for the Spotsylvania, Virginia, property.
→Responsible for waterpark wristband inventory, house accounts, revenue posting, and cash office.
→Work closely with management to compile, review, and analyze monthly financial statements.
→Complete daily revenue journals with accuracy and timeliness.
→Manage accounting processes for on-property condominiums.

You must have 3-5 years of experience managing finances, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Must understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, processes, and procedures.
Must have experience in using computerized information systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications required.
Enjoys hands-on leadership and is team-oriented.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting/financial management is preferred.
