Spa Receptionist/Attendant

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Spa Receptionist/Attendant. In this role, you will for the reception area of the spa.  It includes greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system upon arrival and charging for services performed.

You’ll serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that sets the tone for the guest experience. You’ll support associates by ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and an organized front desk, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
