• →Source and engage top talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on quality and speed
• →Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates — both active and passive
• →Partner with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to understand role needs and ideal candidate profiles
• →Strategize and experiment with new sourcing methods and tools
  Craft personalized outreach and represent Kalshi’s mission with clarity and enthusiasm
• →Own initial screening calls and manage candidates through the early funnel
• →Help optimize our sourcing processes and tools as we scale
