We are seeking a Journeyperson Heavy Duty Technician to join our team at our Sudbury, ON location. In this full-time, permanent role, you will perform routine maintenance, wheel alignments, and minor suspension repairs while helping deliver exceptional service to our customers.

This location is expanding its service offerings with a growing focus on medium truck alignments, creating an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician to play a key role in developing and growing this area of the business. Starting pay is $50.00/hour, with the opportunity of a higher starting rate based on your automotive experience and skills.
$5,000 Recruitment and Retention Bonus (paid according to program terms)

Responsibilities

Perform medium truck alignments and minor suspension repairs.
Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.
Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles.
Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

Fully licensed as a Heavy Duty Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified
A valid driver’s license
Brings a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with medium truck alignments and minor suspension repairs
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
