Physician - Plastic Surgery

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon to join its dedicated team on the Olathe Campus. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality reconstructive and elective cosmetic surgical services while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. This role emphasizes both clinical excellence and strong engagement with the local community.

Responsibilities

Perform a full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to:

→Breast reconstruction and reduction
→Skin cancer reconstruction
→Hand surgery
→Trauma and cancer related flap coverage
→Wound care
→Basic Facial Trauma
→Elective cosmetic procedures
→Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
→Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including follow-up visits
→Participate in on-call rotation for trauma and emergency consults
→Collaborate with orthopedic, vascular, colorectal, gynecology, cardiothoracic, urology, general and neurosurgeons, dermatologists, oncologists, and primary care providers
