• →Assist with appropriate patient care and interventions as delegated by the nurse
• →Report outcomes and changes in patient condition to the nurse
• →Collaborate with the nurse in the plan of care
• →Report observations regarding effectiveness of intervention to the nurse
• →Communicate effectively with patient, family, physicians, and health care team
• →Apply safety and infection control measures
• →Documentation of patient care provided in the clinical record.
• →Continuing education as assigned.
• →Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

• Actively enrolled in a professional nursing education program and has completied a fundamentals of nursing course

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Less than 1 year recent experience in an acute care setting.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
