- →Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility.
- →Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
- →Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
- →Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality.
- →Act as the critical connection between field personnel and the Intelligence Community, facilitating clear communication and operational alignment.

Requirements
~1 min read- Active TS/SCI and current polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools
- Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
- Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
- Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
- Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Customer certification as a CI Officer
- Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience
- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
- Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
