Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in subcontract formation and administration
Prior experience serving as a Lead Subcontracts Manager within an integrated project team environment
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated commercial acumen, risk awareness, and attention to detail
