The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide PMO services, enterprise – level governance, assurance, integration and performance oversight across all projects and programs.
Reporting to the Project Controls Director, the Reporting Manager is responsible for all aspects of reporting for the Development.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Coordinate with PMCs to compile analytical data for the reporting of Development performance in terms of planning and commercial success for production of executive reports.
- Coordinating with commercial and planning personnel for the preparation of technical reports.
- Application of project management information systems (PMIS) for efficient compiling and interpretation of analytical data.
- Validating the accuracy and relevance of data received from PMCs
- Supporting enhancements to reporting tools consistent with digital transformation objectives.
- Assisting with the development of weightage system that supports progress measurement rollup for project, District, and programme level reporting to maintain an updated P6/EPS change log.
- Verifying the entire programme scope and sitewide packages are included within the IMS with communication upstream and downstream.
- Reporting upon inter-project interfaces, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Supporting scenario analysis, sequencing options, and strategic planning inputs.
- Assist with the production of the IMS Baseline Package documents, including programme narrative, basis of schedule, weightage distribution, cost loading breakdown, resource loading and resource levelling, codes, key interfaces and logistic constraints, assumptions and exclusions.
- Produce reports for update of the IMS including the Baseline BoD completion dates tracker, cash flow calculation and guidelines, resource calculation and guidelines, baseline Change Control Tracker, baseline records and version history, IMS Interface Tracker, programme level key issues, delay analysis, schedule alerts, and mitigation measures tracker.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 12 years total post-graduation experience
- PMI-PMP, GRI Professional, or equivalent
· Experienced user of MS Office and understanding of project management software
· Experience in international contracting mechanisms, including FIDIC
· Strong knowledge of planning, resource and cost loading, and risk management techniques.
· Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
· Excellent report writing skills.
· Fluent in English language both written and spoken
