Rotating Technician(Level II)

• →Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.

• →Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.

• →Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.

• →Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.

• →Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.

• →Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.

• →Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.

• →Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

• →Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• →Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.
• →Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• →Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.

• →Participates in Safety audits.
• →Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
  
  

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills·  Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems. An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
