CNC Plasma & Dragon Operator

Description

• →Set up and operate various CNC machines including CNC Plasma Table, Dragon CNC Tube Cutter.
• →Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to produce detailed parts according to Steel Fabrication Detail Drawings.
• →Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC Plasma Table & Dragon equipment to minimize downtime.
• →Operate auxiliary equipment such as forklifts.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols is REQUIRED.
• →Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving welding, assembly, and fabrication processes.
• →Ensure all parts meet quality standards through inspection and testing before final assembly or shipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC Plasma Table, CNC Dragon Pipe Cutter, or plasma cutters.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in steel fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency with programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication, and assembly processes is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with forklift operation is a MUST.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances.
