The Workplace Experience and Corporate Services Specialist will join a global Workplace Operations team, bringing industry best practice, novel approaches to incrementally innovating and improving the overall workplace experience. We need the right person to step in and help grow a team of diverse, dynamic and highly capable professionals that shape the spaces where we work and help define who we are as a company.The Workplace Experience and Corporate Services Specialist role supports and collaborates with our business partners internally to manage and execute Relativity and client events and meetings in our Chicago and other global locations. Reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager, this role will have a strong focus planning, managing, and executing events, and Workplace Operations/Facilities support, with the objective of delivering customer excellence.
The successful candidate will have a track record of liaising with internal and external constituents at all levels, including C-level executives, with the ability to champion strategy and recommendations. Additionally, the right candidate will have a passion for events, strong leadership, thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment, be a team player, and be extremely proactive with our employees and clients, always putting them first and doing everything possible to accommodate their needs.

~1 min readThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$60,000 and $90,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
