Job Summary KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to serve as the go-to expert for all things HubSpot. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system to ensure data integrity, improve system usage, and support cross-functional teams.

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to serve as the go-to expert for all things HubSpot. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system to ensure data integrity, improve system usage, and support cross-functional teams. The HubSpot CRM Administrator will oversee workflows, reporting, automation, and CRM best practices to drive adoption and efficiency across the organization.

Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM.

Manage user permissions, team settings, pipelines, properties, and integrations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows, sequences, automation, and lead scoring models.

Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.

Train and support users across departments to ensure CRM adoption and efficiency.

Maintain data hygiene and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with HubSpot support as needed.

Monitor system usage trends and suggest improvements or feature adoption.
Requirements
~1 min read2+ years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, contract administration, or subscription management, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting processes.
Proficiency in working with CRM and subscription tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Maxio, Chargebee, or Zuora.
Comfortable interpreting and tracking commercial contracts and billing terms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
