Flex Agent - Residential Security Agent

• 2-4+ years of combined experience in relevant security, military, and/or law enforcement positions

• Valid Driver’s License

• First Aid/CPR/AED for Adult, Child & Infant certification

• Current Florida Class D & G Guard Card

• Excels working in a team environment

• Exceptional emotional intelligence

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks frequently and for long durations

• High proficiency with firearms (required for armed positions)

• Excellent critical thinking and sound judgement

• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor

• High moral and ethical character

• Prior residential and/or fixed site security experience

• Proficient in the use of social media collection tools in support of protective intelligence

• Training in defensive tactics, counter surveillance/surveillance detection, covert protection and basic medical support experience.

• Prior training course(s) in residential security or executive protection

• Prior attendance of a recognized EP school (i.e., ESI, EPI, PFC, ITG4, TFTT)

• Advanced emergency medical certification – Active First Responder, EMT or paramedic

• Customer service experience

• Experience working with children

• Regularly active in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, ocean sports, etc.

• Valid California or H.R.218 carry concealed weapons permit

• $600/day We will pay any corresponding overtime in accordance with hours worked and state law).
