Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Liquor Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. ✓Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, sales transactions, and customer service standards.

✓Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train store staff. Schedule and supervise employees, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.

✓Customer Service: Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints, provide product recommendations, and maintain a clean, organized store.

✓Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, order new inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize product loss.

Requirements
