This position is in Rural Hall. Qualified candidates must live near Rural Hall, or willing to relocate.
Production Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager of this location..
Work experience, in management role, outweighs education.
Ensures Safety, Quality and Production requirements are met.
Currently RHO has 40 employees on staff.
Directs production of the concrete filling, welding, sandblasting, body repair, painting, inspection and shipping.
Occasionally has contact with customers (Deere Hitachi at this location) and other KGM locations.
Must be willing to work overtime if needed to meet production demand.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of welding, and paint and body repair techniques.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Basic understanding of 5s, Lean Manufacturing, Process Flow, and ISO 9001:2008. Previous training in these areas is preferred.
Must exhibit good time management and problem solving skills. Previous training in these areas is preferred.
Must have strong organizational and decision making skills, and be hands on whenever needed .
Occasional travel to other KGM locations may be required (about 3-4 times per year).
Excellent email and telecommunication skills.
English is our primary language, but extra consideration will be given to those who speak fluent Spanish.
