Job Summary The Workforce Solutions Subject Matter Expert serves as a part-time instructor responsible for delivering high-quality workforce training in their area of professional expertise. Instructors provide engaging, industry-relevant instruction for open enrollment, customized business and industry training, and other Workforce Solutions initiatives. Subject Matter Experts are employed on a strictly part-time, as-needed basis and are scheduled based on training demand. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering course content, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment, evaluating participant progress as appropriate, and representing Workforce Solutions with professionalism while ensuring training aligns with industry standards and employer needs. |
