Experience in industrial/commercial equipment maintenance and repair equipment required
Experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, security and computer systems.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple activities
Good communication, organizational, problem solving, and listening skills
Handle basic maintenance, repairs and cleaning
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Able to work without direct supervision
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during shift

Responsible for Inspection, maintenance and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Manage all building security needs, such as maintaining card access systems and security camera systems
Provides oversight and selection of subcontracted work
Establish and communicate health and safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
Full technical knowledge of Facility systems and preventative maintenance practices
Collaborate and coordinate with management staff to ensure a smooth operation
Support development or improvement of existing and future facility projects
Perform routine building maintenance to include but not limit to electrical and plumbing repair, HVAC service, and grounds keeping.
Other duties as required

Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
