Profile Sought 

Knowledge and Experience 

• Master’s degree in business administration, Project management, Engineering or related field. 

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting, project management or performance management. 

• Experience in public transportation, infrastructure, or transportation sectors. 

• Demonstrated experience managing transitions between organizations. 

• Expertise in ISO 9001 standards is considered an asset. 

Key Skills 

•  Good understanding of railway operation and/or maintenance. 

• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. 

• Commercial and strategic mindset, solid decision-making and collaborative skills. 

• Proven ability to understand and to fit into complex project organizations.   

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple leadership teams.  

• Key personal traits: Forward thinking, proactive, resilient, sound judgement, innovative where it’s required, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, analytical mind.  

• Ability to demonstrate and adhere to the O&M principles of Employee Engagement, Operational Excellence & Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Social Responsibility and Economic Performance.  

• Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentational skills.  

• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. 

• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required. 

• Ability to lead and coach managers and senior specialists across multiple workstreams.  

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Montréal, Canada
