Summary:

At Kerr and Kerr Landscaping, we're passionate about crafting and maintaining breathtaking outdoor spaces. We're on the lookout for a dedicated Landscape Enhancements Crew Member to be an integral part of our team.

What you'll be doing:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing of all hard surfaces, fertilize and water turf areas and perform other lawn care duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
• Inspect, handle, and transport nursery stock for designated projects, construct/maintain gardens and planting beds, spread topsoil and lay sod.
• Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, lawn tractors, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters, chain saws, and snow blowers.
• Responsible for managing on-site maintenance enhancement projects.
• Assist with landscape construction projects if & when needed.

What you bring:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in the landscape/maintenance industry
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Your working conditions:

• Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
• Occasional weekend work 1-2 Saturday's per month during peak season.
