We’re looking for an experienced Copy Editor to join our team and help ensure our publications meet the highest editorial standards.
This is a 6-month contract with possibility for extension and conversion to full-time role.

What you'll do:
- Copy edit and proofread online and print publications to ensure high editorial standards, with accuracy, clarity, consistency and adherence to house style
- Check grammar, spelling, style and factual accuracy across finance, business and leadership topics
- Edit content for audiences in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, applying appropriate regional language, spelling and style conventions
- Meet production deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced publishing environment
- Collaborate with designers to ensure content aligns with house style and layout templates across all formats
What you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in copy editing and proofreading, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify both language and layout errors
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to ensure consistency across multiple publications and adapt to regional style guides
- Proven track record in editing for both print and digital publications
- InDesign experience is highly desirable but not essential
