Agile Coach

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. You will work as a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded within the client's Digital organization to support their transformation toward a product-centric operating model. All responsibilities and requirements described below will be performed as part of Keystone Solutions' consultancy engagement, working closely with the client's stakeholders and agile teams.

The client is an independent energy infrastructure group with operations across Europe, the Middle East, and South America. They specialize in gas transmission, storage, and LNG terminalling, managing over 28,000 km of pipeline infrastructure and terminals capable of regasifying 485 TWh annually. As a key player in the energy transition, the client is committed to enabling the shift toward carbon neutrality—transporting natural gas today while preparing infrastructure for hydrogen, biomethane, CO, and other low-carbon energy carriers of tomorrow.

The energy transition, evolving market dynamics and customer expectations are challenging the client's Digital department to rethink the way they deliver value. That is why, following a pilot in 2025, they are scaling up to a Product Centric approach for their Gas Flow Management activities. Product Centric changes and optimizes the way Digital prioritizes, delivers value, interacts with the business and manages interdependencies. To facilitate this important change in the way they work, they envision intensive support of the agile teams and the new roles in these teams.

To support the transformation to a product-centric organisation and operating model, the client is actively looking for a seasoned Agile Coach, with proven experience in a scaled agile environment (preferably LeSS). Working alongside a team of Agile facilitators, you will guide their teams in adapting, collaborating and delivering value efficiently. You will act as Scrum Master for one product team, helping them become effective, self-managing, and focused on delivering customer value. In addition, you will contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the wider product group by supporting Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams.

• →Mentoring Scrum Masters: Provide deep support to new or developing Scrum Masters. Help them evolve from "event facilitators" into true servant-leaders who can coach their own teams and drive organizational change.
• →Coaching Product Owners: Guide Product Owners in mastering value maximization. Help them move beyond backlog administration to become true owners of product vision, stakeholder negotiation, and empirical planning.
• →Team Growth: Accelerate team maturity (forming to performing). Coach teams on self-organization, conflict resolution, and taking full ownership of their commitments.
• →Systemic Problem Solving: Identify organizational impediments (governance, budgeting, silos) and influence decision-makers to implement structural changes that improve flow.

All responsibilities above will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, working closely with the client's stakeholders and teams on site and remotely as needed.

• 10+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least five years as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Lead Agile Coach.
• Deep practical understanding of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum). You understand the organisational design implications of scaling.
• Hands-on coaching mindset with the ability to develop team ownership and autonomy.
• Proven track record in training and mentoring junior coaches or Scrum Masters. Experience in coaching teams in product development and product management, in a software delivery environment.
• Strong vision combined with strong listening skills and ability to help teams to experiment with the new way of working.
• Pragmatic and flexible in finding the best way to fit agile methodology in the client's specific context.
• You easily engage in new environments and have a strong team spirit.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adjust to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work in a multi-team environment, to create an inclusive environment and to manage conflicts.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.

• Place of mission: The client's headquarters – Brussels, Belgium.
• The start date of this mission is as soon as possible.
• The mission will be full-time for a period of 6 months, with intention to prolong with at least 3 months.

• Operate as a Keystone Solutions consultant, embedded within the client's product groups and agile teams.
• Engage primarily on site at client locations, with flexibility for hybrid collaboration depending on client needs.
• Represent Keystone Solutions' standards of delivery, communication, and stakeholder partnership in every interaction.

• Work on impactful initiatives in the energy transition domain, focusing on product-centric transformation within Digital.
• Navigate diverse challenges across agile team facilitation, product ownership coaching, and structural improvement of delivery flow.
• Gain exposure to scaled agile environments (with emphasis on LeSS) and multi-team coordination.
