We are seeking an Agile Coach to support the change management dimension of a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. The Agile Coach will play a crucial role in fostering acceptance for the future organization of IT and data across the entire network.

Responsibilities

→Guide the organization through the change process by actively engaging stakeholders and promoting readiness for change.
→Support the development of communication strategies, change plans, and knowledge transfer.
→Facilitate workshops and assist management teams, project teams, and other stakeholders in adopting new collaboration forms, processes, and roles.
→Help identify resistance, increase engagement, and ensure the proposed changes are sustainably anchored within the organization.
