Amicable Collection Officer Consultant

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

• →Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
• →Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
• →Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Profound knowledge.

• Bachelor or Master degree.

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory).
• Familiar with various IT tools (mandatory).

• Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).

• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented.
